'FAST AND FURIOUS' ACTOR DIES IN CAR CRASH

Actor Paul Walker, best known for his role as Brian O'Conner in the popular "Fast & Furious" movies, died after a car accident in Southern California Saturday. He was 40 years old.
A representative for the actor confirmed his death in an e-mail to Fox News Saturday evening.
The Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department said that two people were killed in the accident, which took place at approximately 3:30 p.m. local time in Santa Clarita, Calif. A statement on the accident from the department said that deputies found the car engulfed in flames when they arrived at the scene.
Both victims were pronounced dead at the scene. The second victim has not been identified.
A statement on the actor's official Facebook page said that Walker was a passenger in the car, and had been at a charity event for his organization, Reach Out Worldwide earlier in the day.
"We appreciate your patience as we too are stunned and saddened beyond belief by this news," the statement read in part. "Thank you for keeping his family and friends in your prayers during this very difficult time. We will do our best to keep you apprised on where to send condolences."
Walker, a Southern California native, began acting at a young age when he appeared in commercials, and his television credits include appearances on "The Young and the Restless" and "Who's The Boss?"
But it was his turns opposite Vin Diesel in "The Fast and the Furious" films that made Walker a movie star. Walker reprised his role as Brian O'Connor in four of the five sequels made of the 2001 hit. According to the Internet Movie Database, Walker was due to appear in "Fast & Furious 7," due out next year. He was also due to appear in the film "Hours," due out December 13.
Universal Pictures, the studio behind the "Fast & Furious" films, released the following statement Saturday evening: "All of us at Universal are heartbroken. Paul was truly one of the most beloved and respected members of our studio family for 14 years, and this loss is devastating to us, to everyone involved with the FAST AND FURIOUS films, and to countless fans. We send our deepest and most sincere condolences to Paul's family."
Walker is survived by his daughter, Meadow

THINGS WE DONT APPLY IN OUR RELATIONSHIPS

Here is some of the best relationship advice we are least likely to take:
Pick the nice guy.
Damn those bad boys. They’re exciting, and they give just about everything a sense of adventure. What good girl doesn’t want to let her hair down? Unfortunately, bad boys do bad things. And no, you aren’t going to turn him around.
Don’t read too far into things.
“It took him an hour to text me back; there must be someone else.” We worry, and the more we care, the more we worry. But while there probably wasn’t someone else, if you keep over-analyzing everything, there probably will be.
Tell him what’s bothering you.
Communication is key. But “I’m fine” is such an easier way to go about plotting revenge. And shouldn’t he know what’s bothering you? After all, he did it!
Get Your Guy To Listen
Don’t dwell on the past.
Whether it’s your past with him or your past with someone else, it has a way of ruining the future. But we women don’t easily forgive or forget. We’ve learned (from one too many bad boys) that we need to protect ourselves.
Give him space.
Guys like their space. But women need it, too. Having separate lives lets you both bring something to the relationship and not just be defined by each other. Problem is, when we love (or just really like) someone, we want to be with that someone all the time.
Don’t wait around for him.
Why hasn’t he called? Why hasn’t he called? Why hasn’t he called? No matter how many times we ask that question, we are so happy when he does actually call. Hook, line, and sinker.

BECKHAM;I WAS FORCED TO MASTURBATE IN FRONT OF TEAM MATES

Retired footballer David Beckham recently revealed that he was forced to masturbate in front of his teammates as part of his initiation into Manchester United's youth team in 1991.
Beckham, who opened up about the incident in a documentary titled The Class of ’92, said the incident happened when he was just 16 years old. He said he was forced to stare at a calendar photo of eighties Reds soccer player Clayton Blackmore (pictured right) and pleasure himself, while his teammate watched, as part of an embarrassing hazing ritual.
“Everyone had an initiation that you had to go through on the youth team, that was one of the most uncomfortable ones. The fact that I had to look at Clayton Blackmore’s calendar and do certain things. I was embarrassed when I was saying it on camera let alone talking about it more. But it’s something that we all had to go through. It was definitely something I wouldn’t like to go through again!' Beckham said
The Class of ’92, is a documentary about the generation of Manchester United stars who came of age two decades ago.a

WE DIDNT GIVE ASUU ULTIMATUM

President Goodluck Jonathan has this weekend, said his government did not give the  Academic Staff Union of Universities, ASUU, an ultimatum to resume work or be sacked.
Fielding questions from newsmen at the expanded caucus meeting of the Bayelsa State Peoples Democratic Party held  at Government House, Yenagoa,  the President said, the Supervising Minister of Education only passed on the decision of  the Committee of Vice Chancellors.
“We didn’t give them ultimatum; it was the Committee of Vice Chancellors that took that decision. The Supervising Minister of Education only passed on the decision.”
Jonathan also said the strike embarked upon by the  ASUU  was no longer a trade dispute , but a  subversive action.
He said, “What ASUU is doing is no longer trade union. I have intervened in other labour issues before now, once I invite them they respond and after the meeting they take decision and call off the strike.
“At times we don’t even give them a long notice, unlike, in the case of ASUU that was given four days notice before the meeting. As you are meeting to resolve trade disputes, you expect the trade unions to get their officials ready.
“What was expected having met with the highest authorities in the land for long hours, was for ASUU to immediately issue statement within 12 or latest 24 hours , to state their position whether they were accepting government’s offer or not. And if they are not accepting they should state the reason for that.”
“But despite the fact that I had the longest meeting with ASUU in my political history, we did not start that meeting until around 2:00pm and the meeting ended the next day in the early hours.  As far as the government of Nigeria was concerned, all the critical people that should be in a meeting were there, so what else do they want?
“After that they didn’t meet until one week, despite the fact that you met with the highest authority. It was unfortunate one of them, Prof. Iyayi died.
“The way ASUU has conducted the matter shows they are extreme and when Iyayi died, they now said the strike was now indefinite, our children have been at home for over five months;

SHOCKING:BRIDE GETS DUMPED ON WEDDING DAY,AND GETS MARRIED TO A GUEST TO AVOID SHAME

A woman was all set to marry the man of her dreams and, like a scene out of a bad romantic comedy, the dude bolts. So what's a devastated bride to do? Well, why not marry some other guy in attendance.
23-year-old Indian lady, P.Ponradha was already set to marry J.Sithiraivelu when plans changed.
The festivities were already underway when the bride's family learned the groom had vanished after an argument with his family.
The bride's family reportedly went into a frenzy, as a stopped marriage would affect the girl's future..
The frenzy subsided, however, when a second man, 30-year-old relative of the bride named Sivakumar, volunteered to marry her instead.
The wedding then took place as per the schedule, much to the relief of the family. The other guests who had come there also congratulated and appreciated Sivakumar for his timely gesture.

PROPHECY UPON WIZKID

“This is a prophecy for Wizkid, God wants you back, he wants to take back the talent he has given you. He wants you to start singing for him. Thus saith the lord. God’s eternal salvation plan confounds human logic. Humans expect salvation to come in ways humans normally experience it like through strong, powerful, authority figures.
God promises to bring salvation that will transform the world’s power structures. Please this should be taken seriously, this is from me to you Wizkid.  You know I’m right, the dreams and the strange sensation of awe you experience most times, that’s God, come to him and the joy you think you have now will be smithereens where his joy is.”

TIMAYA:I WANT TO BE A PASTOR

Popular singer, Enetimi Odom, aka Timaya, seems to have been off the entertainment scene for awhile.
And we have found out what the popular entertainer seems want's to be, Speaking in an interview with The Punch, the self-acclaimed Egberi Papa 1 of Bayelsa has said the following:
“I wish I had the power to heal people. I am always inspired whenever I see men of God like Bishop David Oyedepo preaching and teaching people. They practise the same teachings and become millionaires overnight. I wish I can do that with my music. I would love to be a pastor. I really want to be one,” he said.
Timaya seems to have been on top of his game since his fortunes shot up about a decade ago. During that period, he earned a fat bank account, recorded six successful albums and scored several chartbusting hits. The seventh album is currently in the works

ANAMBRA;ELECTION DATE EXTENDED

INEC reschedules election in 65 wards
The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has rescheduled election in 65 wards in Obosi in Idemili North Local Government Area for Sunday.
Voting could not hold in the wards due to late arrival of materials and other logistics challenges.
Electoral Commissioner (REC) Prof Chukwuemeka Onukogu made the announcement in a statement issued in Awka on Saturday.
The statement, signed by the Public Relations Officer Frank Egbo said the rescheduling was due to “challenges of logistics” in the areas.
“Any inconveniences are highly regretted,” the statement added.
Onukogu said the rescheduled election will hold at Obosi Registration Area, Ward 07.
The election will hold between 8am and 12.30pm.
INEC urged all parties to get ready for the poll.
The disenfranchisement of voters marred the election in Idemili North and South Local Government Areas due to lack of voting materials, in..complete voters’ registers, and lack results sheets.
In centres where over 600 people registered, only about 100 or less found their names in the registers.
Some of the voters were told that additional list containing more names of registered persons would be brought, but none came.

ANAMBRA:ACCREDITATION DELAYED IN AGULERI BECAUSE OF OBIANO'S BILLBOARD.

Today in a polling booth in Aguleri, the INEC official in charge refused registering the voters on time all because of the billboard of the APGA governorship candidate,.Mr Willy Obiano, and his running mate, Dr Okeke Chukwukaodinaka, was mounted metres away from the polling unit near the Aguleri roundabout, contrary to electoral laws.INEC regulations do not allow for campaigns or posters of candidates near election grounds 24 hours to the election.INEC adhoc officials who arrived at the polling unit before 8 a.m. for accreditation of voters, insisted that the billboard be dismantled before anything could be done. Similarly, some members of the electorate at the unit protested the presence of the billboard and insisted that it must be brought down. The presiding officer for Unit 004 said that there was no way she could allow the accreditation with the billboard just a few meters from the unit. The Polling Unit…

ANAMBRA:PDP CANDIDATE COMRADE TONY NWOYE SUFFERS DIS-ENFRANCHISEMENT.

Comrade Tony Nwoye today in his hometown Nsugbe couldn't vote. His name was no where to be found in the voters register. He also lamented that many of his supporters were also victims of the same problem...Including his parents.INEC officials on ground could not give reasons for the omission of their names even when they  were all carrying valid voters card.
Nwoye who spoke to reporters said the rigging of the election was pre-planned and the style adopted by APGA in connivance with INEC was to remove people’s name from the voter’s register especially in areas where APGA lacked support.
Nwoye said the same list that was used to disenfranchise him and his parents was the same list that we used in voting in the last election and wondered how this time around over 30 percent of the registered names were missing.

ANAMBRA:LATE ARRIVAL OF INEC OFFICIALS

In some of the polls, the inec officials came too late after a huge number of voters had gone angrily there came the inec officials coming in reluctantly. Voters in a particular venue chased the officials out of anger and frustration...all is not well in this election.

I AM MORE AFRAID OF THE LIVING THAN THE DEAD...

A homeless man has lived inside a cemetery tomb with the skeleton of his best friend for the past 13 years.
Fabio Beraldo Rigol, 47, moved in after going bust and turning to drugs.
His family disowned him but he “asked permission” from his dead pal to live in the crypt with him. It has space for six bodies.
The former broker only leaves to go into Santa Isabel, Brazil, to ask for food. He claims he found himself penniless and homeless after his business folded and he started using drugs.
He said: “I’m more afraid of the living than the dead. I’ve never seen a ghost. It gets a bit quiet here sometimes, but I’m not a big talker, so it suits me. I’m not very good around living people.
“I had to leave the house, and I ended up wandering the streets. One night it was raining hard. I don’t remember how, but when I woke up I was here in the graveyard.”
On most days he leaves the graveyard to ask for food in the town centre.
He said: “When it’s raining I stay inside. I never want for anything. When I need people there is always someone who gives it to me. God never lets me go hungry.”
But Mr Rigol said he doesn’t intend to stay in the cemetery until his own time comes.
He added: “I want to get out of here alive. I still want to have my own house, even if it’s just a bedroom and a bathroom. I want to go back to work if there’s a chance. My live hasn’t finished yet.”

YOU CAN STILL ADD SOME INCHES...ALL HOPE IS NOT LOST

How many of us have this desire to be tall ? If we are of average or short height, at one point of time or the other, we really feel , “how nice it would have been if we were slightly taller”!!!
Height plays an important role in determining the overall look and personality of an individual. That does not mean that we are undermining the capabilities of a short height person, though short statured people do suffer from lack of confidence and also face difficulties in certain aspects of their lives due to their height. There is no doubt about the fact some of us are conscious about our short height. Usually, a short height child often becomes the victim of bullying by his or her friends and seniors, he or she might not get a chance to join the school basketball team, might also miss being nominated as the class monitor and so on.  It so happens, that even a well-talented or a  good looking person is likely to get ignored if he or she is below the normal height. We cannot deny the fact that tall people often steal the limelight in many occasions. There are certain professions like as modelling, acting, which demand that you are tall.
In this article, let us discuss about the factors which affect our height and how we can increase our height naturally.

Factors Affecting Height

Well, we all feel that to become tall is not in our hands. But this is partially true. There are many factors like as genetic and non-genetic factors, which play a major role in determining our height.  There is also a hormone in our body by the name of Human Growth Hormone [HGH] which regulates our height. HGH is given out in our body by pituitary gland and is needed for the growth of long bones and cartilages.

Genetic Factors:

The various genes present in the human body affect the height. If both the parents are short, we assume that their children will be short too. But this is not always true. Tall parents can have short children and vice versa. Actually, the height of all members in the family from both sides should be considered. If all of them are short, then it implies that next generations are likely to have short stature. Genetically they will be of short height and you cannot change the genetic factor.

Non Genetic Factors:

Several non-genetic factors also influence our height. Proper diet, nutrition, healthy lifestyle, proper sleep also play a major role in increasing our height in the growing stage. Being short can be associated with inadequate nutrition, lack of physical activity, incorrect posture, etc. Non-genetic factors can be controlled to a certain extent by following an overall healthy lifestyle from childhood.
Presenting below some non-genetic factors which may affect height:
•    Smoking during pregnancy
•    Ineffective Prenatal and Post natal care
•    Ill health during childhood and adolescence
•    Low birth weight
•    Mental condition during childhood and adolescence

How to Increase Height Naturally?

The good news is that we can increase our height naturally. It is to be noted that about 20% or more of our body height depends upon external factors like our environment, activities and diet. If we follow certain basic rules in our daily lives, we can increase our height in a natural way.
Natural ways to increase height are mentioned below:

Proper Sleep:

Studies have shown that when we take rest or sleep, our body grows and regenerates tissues. Proper sleep and rest are absolutely very necessary in a growing body. It is believed that Human Growth Hormone (HGH) is produced naturally during the time when we have a sound, deep and slow wave sleep. As a rule, growing children and teenagers must have at least 8 to 11 hours of proper sleep every night so that they can reach their maximum height. It is advisable that you should take a warm bath before going to bed so that you have a sound sleep....for short people who make midnight calls...*smh

Banky’s Grass To Grace Story:” ‘I begged to sell CDs in US salons to survive'

His appearance bellies his personality and generally gives the illusion of a young man with a history devoid of sweat. But no, Banky did not only pay his due but also mastered certain principles which he wouldn’t forget in haste.“One of such is to think big but start small”, he said.“Everybody knows me to be the Chief Executive Officer, CEO, of EME, but what people do not know is that EME started when I was in my third year in university in New York. You see, we all dream dreams, but it is important to think very big and start where you are because God never gives you everything but gives you enough to start. At that time, I knew I wanted to do music, but of course I understood nobody starts by selling a million CDs or the big screen!”, Banky stated.Menial jobs Indeed his tale solidifies his emphasis on little beginning because to achieve his dream of becoming a music superstar, Banky had to take up to three jobs while also in university! He said: “I worked in fast foods outlets, clothing stores and as a knife salesman, selling knives from door to door. That way, I gathered money to pay for studio recording time. I was recording with a close friend at that time.Begging at saloons “After making that music, we printed a thousand CDs though we didn’t have any fan. I had one battered car that broke down virtually everywhere, so, we would print black and white posters, stick them on the sides of the car, sell from the car’s trunk and drive to salons to do marketing. We would walk to the owners of the salons, greet politely, and ask them to let us entertain their customers. Sometimes, some would kick us out and sometimes some would say yes. If told yes, after singing for a minute or two, we would sell our CDs to the customers! That was the beginning!Banky W“A lot of people see you on stage and see the success but do not know what you had to go through! I never had one really big break; it was always two steps forward and a couple backwards. But I just decided that I was going to make music work for me. That was why I moved on to a new salon each time any salon rejected me! I just kept going because I believe failure is when you give up. Albert Einstein said he tried a hundred times to make the light bulb. When he was asked what kept him going during the 99 times, he said: ‘I didn’t consider those 99 times as failure; rather, I considered them 99 ways that it didn’t work!’ We went about selling CDs and, on the days we couldn’t sell much, we would sit down and be broke together. I remember my friend was a member of a church that usually served food after service. So, on the days we didn’t sell CDs and were too broke to buy food, we would attend service in that church so we could pack rice and store in the fridge.Work, school, music “At a point, being a student of industrial engineering, I was working for an engineering company and was recording as well. I would go to work from 7am till about 2pm and then go to school till about 8pm, and then drive two and a half hours to New York City where the studio that would let us record for less was, and record until about 2am. I would then drive two and a half hours back home to be back at work at 7am the following day. One day, I was driving home from work and was so tired that I fell asleep while on a bridge. I would have driven off from the top of the bridge to God knows where, if not for an on-going construction work. God really saved me!”After a while, Banky’s hard work began to pay off and, even while in school, he began winning awards, beginning with the ‘Albany Idol’ competition. Other international awards soon followed.Returning to Nigeria In 2008 when he decided to move to his home country Nigeria after the completion of one of his albums, Mr Capable, Banky was consistently told his genre of music ‘would never appeal to Nigerians and therefore wouldn’t ‘sell’. As he turned down pressure mounted on him and his manager to change their genre of music, Banky strongly held on to another long-standing principle which had taught him to stand out by being unique rather than trying to imitate anyone’s skill. He therefore insisted on sticking to R&B, and this paid-off as he soon became a household name in the Nigerian entertainment industry! LessonsHe advised: “You cannot say enough about the grace of God and I therefore do not want to claim any form of glory. Falling down is inevitable but getting back up is optional! Frankly, you can’t appreciate sunshine if you’ve never been through a heavy rain. Yes, life is tough, but what do you do in those tough moments? Do you learn the lesson, stand up again, consider yourself stronger and keep going? Or do you sit down and feel sorry for yourself? The graveyard, they say, is the richest place in the world because therein lies so many who died with their dreams. So, my advice is, do not give up! If Banky can be where he is today, you can be where you want to be if you put to mind to it.”

FATHER KIDNAPS SON TO COLLECT RANSOME FROM RICH WIFE...LOL!!!

It was on the 29th of last month being October when this hilarious news reached us.it was indeed a funny act, being that the man connived with his son to hide him for some weeks telling his wife that he was traveling. He in collaboration with his son demanded 500 thousand from his wife and mother respectively. The wife being a wealthy woman paid the money quickly in order to set her eyes on her on her son once more....*mothers love. The plan was brought to limelight when the father of the boy refused to comply with his plan with the son...the boy told his mother what happened. If you were in the woman's shoes what will you do?
