Actor Paul Walker, best known for his role as Brian O'Conner in the popular "Fast & Furious" movies, died after a car accident in Southern California Saturday. He was 40 years old.
A representative for the actor confirmed his death in an e-mail to Fox News Saturday evening.
The Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department said that two people were killed in the accident, which took place at approximately 3:30 p.m. local time in Santa Clarita, Calif. A statement on the accident from the department said that deputies found the car engulfed in flames when they arrived at the scene.
Both victims were pronounced dead at the scene. The second victim has not been identified.
A statement on the actor's official Facebook page said that Walker was a passenger in the car, and had been at a charity event for his organization, Reach Out Worldwide earlier in the day.
"We appreciate your patience as we too are stunned and saddened beyond belief by this news," the statement read in part. "Thank you for keeping his family and friends in your prayers during this very difficult time. We will do our best to keep you apprised on where to send condolences."
Walker, a Southern California native, began acting at a young age when he appeared in commercials, and his television credits include appearances on "The Young and the Restless" and "Who's The Boss?"
But it was his turns opposite Vin Diesel in "The Fast and the Furious" films that made Walker a movie star. Walker reprised his role as Brian O'Connor in four of the five sequels made of the 2001 hit. According to the Internet Movie Database, Walker was due to appear in "Fast & Furious 7," due out next year. He was also due to appear in the film "Hours," due out December 13.
Universal Pictures, the studio behind the "Fast & Furious" films, released the following statement Saturday evening: "All of us at Universal are heartbroken. Paul was truly one of the most beloved and respected members of our studio family for 14 years, and this loss is devastating to us, to everyone involved with the FAST AND FURIOUS films, and to countless fans. We send our deepest and most sincere condolences to Paul's family."
Walker is survived by his daughter, Meadow

THINGS WE DONT APPLY IN OUR RELATIONSHIPS
Here is some of the best relationship advice we are least likely to take:
Pick the nice guy. Damn those bad boys. They’re exciting, and they give just about everything a sense of adventure. What good girl doesn’t want to let her hair down? Unfortunately, bad boys do bad things. And no, you aren’t going to turn him around.
Don’t read too far into things. “It took him an hour to text me back; there must be someone else.” We worry, and the more we care, the more we worry. But while there probably wasn’t someone else, if you keep over-analyzing everything, there probably will be.
Tell him what’s bothering you. Communication is key. But “I’m fine” is such an easier way to go about plotting revenge. And shouldn’t he know what’s bothering you? After all, he did it!
Get Your Guy To Listen
Don’t dwell on the past. Whether it’s your past with him or your past with someone else, it has a way of ruining the future. But we women don’t easily forgive or forget. We’ve learned (from one too many bad boys) that we need to protect ourselves.
Give him space. Guys like their space. But women need it, too. Having separate lives lets you both bring something to the relationship and not just be defined by each other. Problem is, when we love (or just really like) someone, we want to be with that someone all the time.
Don’t wait around for him. Why hasn’t he called? Why hasn’t he called? Why hasn’t he called? No matter how many times we ask that question, we are so happy when he does actually call. Hook, line, and sinker.

BECKHAM;I WAS FORCED TO MASTURBATE IN FRONT OF TEAM MATES
Retired footballer David Beckham recently revealed that he was forced to masturbate in front of his teammates as part of his initiation into Manchester United's youth team in 1991.
Beckham, who opened up about the incident in a documentary titled The Class of ’92, said the incident happened when he was just 16 years old. He said he was forced to stare at a calendar photo of eighties Reds soccer player Clayton Blackmore (pictured right) and pleasure himself, while his teammate watched, as part of an embarrassing hazing ritual.
“Everyone had an initiation that you had to go through on the youth team, that was one of the most uncomfortable ones. The fact that I had to look at Clayton Blackmore’s calendar and do certain things. I was embarrassed when I was saying it on camera let alone talking about it more. But it’s something that we all had to go through. It was definitely something I wouldn’t like to go through again!' Beckham said

WE DIDNT GIVE ASUU ULTIMATUM
President Goodluck Jonathan has this weekend, said his government did not give the Academic Staff Union of Universities, ASUU, an ultimatum to resume work or be sacked.
Fielding questions from newsmen at the expanded caucus meeting of the Bayelsa State Peoples Democratic Party held at Government House, Yenagoa, the President said, the Supervising Minister of Education only passed on the decision of the Committee of Vice Chancellors.
“We didn’t give them ultimatum; it was the Committee of Vice Chancellors that took that decision. The Supervising Minister of Education only passed on the decision.”
Jonathan also said the strike embarked upon by the ASUU was no longer a trade dispute , but a subversive action.
He said, “What ASUU is doing is no longer trade union. I have intervened in other labour issues before now, once I invite them they respond and after the meeting they take decision and call off the strike.
“At times we don’t even give them a long notice, unlike, in the case of ASUU that was given four days notice before the meeting. As you are meeting to resolve trade disputes, you expect the trade unions to get their officials ready.
“What was expected having met with the highest authorities in the land for long hours, was for ASUU to immediately issue statement within 12 or latest 24 hours , to state their position whether they were accepting government’s offer or not. And if they are not accepting they should state the reason for that.”
“But despite the fact that I had the longest meeting with ASUU in my political history, we did not start that meeting until around 2:00pm and the meeting ended the next day in the early hours. As far as the government of Nigeria was concerned, all the critical people that should be in a meeting were there, so what else do they want?
“After that they didn’t meet until one week, despite the fact that you met with the highest authority. It was unfortunate one of them, Prof. Iyayi died.
“The way ASUU has conducted the matter shows they are extreme and when Iyayi died, they now said the strike was now indefinite, our children have been at home for over five months;

SHOCKING:BRIDE GETS DUMPED ON WEDDING DAY,AND GETS MARRIED TO A GUEST TO AVOID SHAME
A woman was all set to marry the man of her dreams and, like a scene out of a bad romantic comedy, the dude bolts. So what's a devastated bride to do? Well, why not marry some other guy in attendance.
23-year-old Indian lady, P.Ponradha was already set to marry J.Sithiraivelu when plans changed.
The festivities were already underway when the bride's family learned the groom had vanished after an argument with his family.
The bride's family reportedly went into a frenzy, as a stopped marriage would affect the girl's future..
The frenzy subsided, however, when a second man, 30-year-old relative of the bride named Sivakumar, volunteered to marry her instead.
The wedding then took place as per the schedule, much to the relief of the family. The other guests who had come there also congratulated and appreciated Sivakumar for his timely gesture.

PROPHECY UPON WIZKID
“This is a prophecy for Wizkid, God wants you back, he wants to take back the talent he has given you. He wants you to start singing for him. Thus saith the lord. God’s eternal salvation plan confounds human logic. Humans expect salvation to come in ways humans normally experience it like through strong, powerful, authority figures.
God promises to bring salvation that will transform the world’s power structures. Please this should be taken seriously, this is from me to you Wizkid. You know I’m right, the dreams and the strange sensation of awe you experience most times, that’s God, come to him and the joy you think you have now will be smithereens where his joy is.”
